What's the problem. They are still using SECAM in France and I suppose the French will never stop broadcasting in SECAM.

The countries in Europe which use that color system are France, Russia, Belorussia and Finland... as far as I can see. The countries that use both PAL and SECAM are colored in purple too, though according to the map that is the color with which countries using PAL should be colored. So, I suppose, for example, that in Ukraine they may use the two systems.

Well, I supposed so, because they still have some analogue TV programs on satellite and they're broadcasted in SECAM. As far as I can see, having in mind the written on that forum, they've stopped broadcasting analogue signals only in some parts of France (for example - Paris and its suburbs).

Final analogue switch-off for the entire country is planned for november 2011.

color at secam level start at good blank and white signal and firt is noise RED and partially blue and at good level maxim .. signal have problem with red color .
